I definately liked this video. I don't know why this has a low score, because it's amazingly touching. not as much as the composer or something like that, but still very touching! I'm gonna recommend for serious shorts. I liked this. Way to Go.

P.S. (Referring to your reply to the comment below, I didn't like how the cycle kept on going and the kid didn't get to play with his dad. That was really sad... but sadly true. Even in my case.)

I liked this game, and it seemed fairly amusing. Here's what i think you should change though:
1) I thought the controls were infantile. There are different ways to make your char move, such as using an actionscript to make left and right rotate the char, and then use front to move, i think that would have made the game harder.
2) MOAR LEVELS!!
3)Different whistles
4)i think that as a garbage whistle, for every hundered whistles you kill, you should go up a whistle level, or something like that.

This is much better than the background tutorial i found on the tutorials collection, and with this, i managed to figure out everything i wanted. pretty user - friendly too...! Oh and it will work in flash 6! so i don't have to worry about filters (DAMN YOU CS3!! DAMN YOU!!) lol. Thank you for this helpful tutorial, shame more people don't know about it.

This is perhaps the best game ever on newgrounds (excepting portal?? maybe??) and the whole idea of turning the world upside down, well that was genius. I look forward to SHIFT 2, in which their will be more levels and new ideas. NOW GET TO WORK!!! I WANT THAT GAME ALREADY!!

Very nice job, well animated perhaps excepting the end (i didn't like how you made your hand pull down the screen), nice movie blah blah blah...
